The Public Participation Process (also known as Stakeholders Engagement) forms part of the EIA process, which allows individual,
companies, authorities or groups that may be or are affected by a proposed development to raise their concerns and register as
an Interested or Affected Party. This process is a legal requirement in terms of the National Environmental Management Act (107 of 1998)
as well as the South African Constitution, section 32.
Therefore Landscape Dynamics Environmental Consultants hereby make available the
Preliminary Notification for an Environmental Impact Assessment Process on behalf of Bophela Fuel Sales Registration Number 2015/224709/07
